What about more armor choices in pre-searing for all the perma-pre ppl. I mean all the armor for each profession looks the same other than color (or if someone chooses to not upgrade their armor).

I would love a world wide party search, so you could always know what your friends are up to....kind of creepy actually...but maybe you could have the option of not allowing anybody to locate you...or only a few specific people (like a preferred list or something).
Marriages is also a pretty nice idea...but marrying an NPC is kind of sad...(then again so would be "marrying" a guy you THOUGHT was a girl online). Would be entertaining either way lol.
I always thought that being able to "paint" any piece of armor to your liking would be awesome....would provide more armor customization and way less clones. Could even add paint drops that would be much rarer than dyes.

Super-powerful PvE skills, usable only by primary class, with a scale going from 0-15, meaning you must have 15 in the primary attribute. Also, recharge is 10 minutes, and you have to load it's bar like Togo's skill from his Mission.
I can already see it... Monks creating an indestructible shield that stop enemies from getting in and negating harmful AoE effects. OP'ed, unless you "waste" a spot on a skill that will recharge for 10 minutes...
Or Necromancer exploiting 5-10 corpses at the same time to create an undead minion the size of a Wurm Boss level 28. GIANTIC. Hard to destroy, attacks slow, hits hard... but can't burrow like wurms. Oh, and it has a -30 degeneration to balance the huge health pool. Why -30? So people wouldn't be able to cancel it out with healing.
I have other ideas, but if any of the skills was OP... we can always make it into an Elite skill and lower recharge.
Yes, I stole the idea from Aion's DP skills. You have to kill a lot of enemies to get DP, then you activate the skill... and it's battle-turning, ranging from giant damage, summoned pet over-buffing, healing and even transformations. Cool for me.

I'd love to take control of The Great Destroyer, and ruin all those "2k runs" you see in central.

This is probably the only idea that can save Guild Wars. I'm gonna start working on it.

Ever since the skill split I've always wanted the split to go away. It's not necessary and I hate that Anet had to do this to appeal to the PvE'rs who refused to adjust their builds.
The skill split also furthers the divide between the PvE and PvP community. With the same skill doing different things depending on what you're doing, it makes it even tougher for a new player to get started in both realms.

Well, now that you put it that way...
1. PvE-only skills allowed in PvP.
2. Heroes and henchmen banned from missions in Normal Mode.
3. All drops in Nightfall and Eye of the North become non-inscribable.
...imagine the chaos that would result from such a change!

They could just add an additional option to the boss ZQuests. If they guy is an area that can be VQed, add an additional reward for VQing the area.
My suggestion:
additional PvE content that is big enough to warrant being sold in a box.
